The online Master of Engineering (MEng) degree is a professional, non-thesis degree designed for professionals who seek to advance their technical breadth and depth in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) while gaining key management and leadership skills relevant for careers driven by AI innovation.
The MEng degree has a curriculum designed and taught by our UIC Faculty, including some of the top researchers in the area of AI and ML. Students will learn the fundamentals in AI and ML, and build a breadth of expertise in areas such as neural networks, natural language processing, and deep neural networks for a broad range of applications. The MEng degree also prepares students with leadership skills in innovation tools and methods, engineering management and the fundamentals of engineering law to help them to further advance their leadership careers.
